ANALISIS TINGKAT PENYERAPAN PANGAN RUMAHTANGGA PETANI PADA TIPE AGROEKOSISTEM PERSAWAHAN

Abstract


Household food absorption is assessed by 3 indicators, namely the availability of energy, protein vitamin A. This research aims to: (1) analyze the energy adequacy level of the household of farmers in the rice agro-system type (2) to analyze the adequacy level of farmer household protein in the rice agro-system type (3) to analyze the adequacy level of farmer household vitamin A in the rice field agro-ecosystem type (4) to analyze the adequacy level of farmer household food diversification in the rice agro-system type. The research was conducted in Borongloe Village, Tolo Barat Subdistrict, Kelara Subdistrict, Jeneponto Regency, the selection of the research location was based on the consideration that the village belongs to the type of rice fields agroecosystem. The research time lasted for 2 months, namely June to July 2017. The method of analysis used in the study was using indicators of TKE, TKP, TKVA and Food Diversity. The results showed that the household food absorption of farmers in Borongloe Village, Jeneponto Regency was in the food resistant category where (TKE) was 2,566 kkl / kpt / hr, (TKP) was in the very food resistant (STP) category, namely 106,48 gr / kpt. / day, (TKVA) is in the food resistant category (TP), namely 21,30 gr / kpt / day, and food diversification in the food insecurity category (RP) has a percentage of 50,5%.
