The cultivation of pepper cultivation requires good and quality planting material as a determining aspect in the growth and production including the improvement of the cultivation system for example in using planting media and the use of quality seeds. The research was carried out in Padang Lampe Village, Ma'rang District, Pangkep Regency and soil analysis and compost at the Soil Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Muslim University of Indonesia, Makassar. The research took place from June-September 2018. This research was in the form of an experiment and arranged based on a Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with a two-factor factorial pattern. The first factor is the type of nursery media composition consisting of 4 levels, namely: Sand + topsoil (1: 1), Sand + compost (1: 1), Sand + compost + topsoil (1: 1: 1), Sand + compost + topsoil (1: 2: 1), Sand + compost + topsoil (2: 1: 1) The second factor is the application of Sustainable Liquid Organic Fertilizer with 3 levels of concentration, namely: Without POC, 10ml / l water, 20ml / l of water. The results of the study showed that the highest percentage of life cuttings was found in the sand + soil treatment, which was 54.44%. when the fastest shoots appeared in the sand + compost + soil treatment, 19.13 HST. the highest number of shoots in the sand + soil treatment gives the best results, the average number of shoots is 4.07. The length of the shoots in the treatment of sand + compost + soil gives the best results which is 9.93 cm. The highest number of leaves in the sand + compost + soil treatment is 5.40 strands. The highest wet weight weight in the treatment of sustainable green giving 20 ml / l of water is 13.20 g. Root length at POC 20 ml / l of water gave the best results which is 29.3 cm.
