PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK NPK DAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH TAHU TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN SELEDRI (Apium graveolens L.)

Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of the dose of NPK fertilizer, the effect of the dose of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste and the interaction between the dose of NPK fertilizer and the dose of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste on the growth and production of celery plants which was carried out in Kanreapia Village, Kuncio Pao District, Gowa Regency, which took place from April to June 2023. This research used a two-factor factorial randomized block design method. The first factor is the dose of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste which consists of 4 levels, namely control, Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Tofu Waste 250 ml/plant, 300 ml/plant and 350 ml/plant. The second factor of NPK Phonska fertilizer dosage consists of 3 levels, namely control, NPK Phonska 5 g/plant and NPK Phonska 10 g/plant. From the two factors, 6 treatment combinations were obtained and repeated 3 times so that there were 36 experimental units. The research results showed that giving Phonska NPK fertilizer 10 g/plant had a good effect on the number of leaves, number of tillers, fresh weight and root volume. Giving tofu liquid waste POC at a dose of 350 ml/plant has a good effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, fresh weight of plants and root volume. The interaction between giving liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste 350 ml/plant and Phonska NPK Fertilizer 10 g/plant had a good effect on the number of tillers, fresh weight and root volume.
