PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAN PUPUK NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN TOMAT (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of giving concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of tomato plants, to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer doses on the growth and production of tomato plants, to determine the interaction effect of POC concentrations and NPK fertilizer doses on the growth and production of tomato plants.. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of 2 factors. The first factor was POC concentration (P) with 4 treatment levels, namely P0 = control, P1 = 20 ml/l, P2 = 40 ml/l, P3=60 ml/l and the second factor was NPK dose (N) with 3 treatment levels, namely N1 = 2.4 g/poly bag, N2 = 4.8 g/poly bag, N3 = 7.2 g/poly bag. There were 12 treatment combinations which were repeated 3 times resulting in 36 experimental units. Parameters measured were plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, number of productive branches, number of fruit and fruit weight. Application of liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 60 ml/l of water had the best effect on all observed parameters. Application of NPK fertilizer with a dose of 7.2 g/polybag had the best effect on plant height, number of leaves, age at start of flowering, number of fruits and fruit weight. (N3), the interaction of liquid organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer had the best effect on plant height at 28 HST and the age at which flowering began. the best treatment interaction at the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer 60 ml/l water with NPK dose of 7.2 g/polybag (P3N3).
