PENGARUH PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR LIMBAH TANAMAN DAN PUPUK GANDASIL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN TIMUN (Cucumis sativus L.)

Abstract


The aim of this research was to determine the effect of differences in concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer and Gandasil fertilizer on the growth and production of cucumber plants. This seeks to ascertain how liquid organic fertilizer made from plant waste interacts with gandasil fertilizer to influence the growth and production of cucumber plants. This research was conducted in Bitowa Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with two factors. The first factor is the use of three levels of liquid organic fertilizer from plant waste: control, 200 ml/L water, and 300 ml/L water. The use of three levels of gandasil fertilizer: control, 2 g/L gandasil solution, and 3 g/L gandasil solution was the second factor. There were four cucumber seeds in each bed, 27 beds which were the result of nine treatment combinations applied three times each. Parameters: plant length (61.38) cm, number of leaves (10.56), number of fruit (3.99), fruit length (14.76) cm, fruit diameter (5.13) cm, plant weight (206.80) grams, bed fruit weight (2.64) kg , and production (26) tons/ha has a very real effect from the application of liquid organic fertilizer from plant waste with a concentration of 300 ml/liter of water. Plant length (51.30) cm, number of leaves (9.35), number of fruit (3.69), fruit length (13.88) cm, fruit diameter (4.90) cm, weight of fruit per plant (209.94) grams, weight of fruit in the bed (2.62) kg, and production (26) tons/ha had a very significant effect when a concentration of 3 g/l of gandasil solution was applied. The interaction between the application of liquid organic fertilizer from plant waste and Gandasil fertilizer has a very significant effect except on plant length parameters.
