PENGARUH JENIS PUPUK DAUN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN HIAS EKOR NAGA (Epipremnum pinnatum L.)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of several types of foliar fertilizers on the growth of the Ekor Naga ornamental plant. This research was conducted in Daya Village, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi, starting from December 2020 to March 2021. The study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design consisting of 5 treatments, namely no fertilizer (control), Growmore fertilizer 2 g/L water, Gandasil-D fertilizer 2 g/L water, Hyponex-D fertilizer 2 g/L water and Topsil-D fertilizer 2 g/L water. Each treatment was repeated 3 times and each replication used 3 plants, so there were 45 plants. Parameters observed were plant length (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf length (cm), and leaf width (cm). The results showed that the foliar fertilizers Growmore and Topsil-D fertilizers resulted in better growth of Ekor Naga ornamental plants. This is indicated by the application of Growmore fertilizer that can give the best effect on the parameters of plant length increase by 33.37 cm and increase in number of leaves by 26.67 leaves. The treatment of Topsil-D fertilizer can produce leaves that are wider that is 27.89 cm.
