PENGARUH KONSENTRASI LARUTAN HARA AB MIX DAN POC TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH (Allium cepa var. ascalonicum) YANG DITANAM DENGAN SISTEM WICK
Abstract
Effect of Concentration of Nutrient Solution of AB Mix and POC on Growth and Yield of Shallot (Allium cepa var. ascalonicum L.) Planted with Wick System (under the guidance of Abdul Haris and Abdullah). This study aimed to determine the effect of the concentration of nutrient solution AB Mix and POC on the growth and yield of shallot (Allium cepa var. ascalonicum L.) grown with the wick system. This research was conducted at Green House Morera Farm, PAI Village, Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. By using a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern consisting of two factors: the first factor was the concentration of the AB Mix fertilizer formulation which consisted of 4 levels, namely; without fertilizer AB Mix, 3 ml/l, 5 ml/l, Mix 7 ml/l. The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer which consists of 4 levels, namely: without Liquid Organic Fertilizer, 6 ml/l, Liquid 8 ml/l, 10 ml/l. From these two factors, 16 treatment combinations were obtained, from each treatment repeated 3 times, so there were 48 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 6 plants and 3 plants were used as plant samples. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and 5% BNJ. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers per clump, tuber diameter, tuber fresh weight per plant, and productivity of tons/h. The results showed that the administration of 7 ml/l water of AB Mix nutrient solution had a good effect on the growth and yield of hydroponic shallot plants using the wick system. Giving POC 10 ml/l of water has a good effect on the growth and yield of hydroponic onion plants with the wick system. The interaction of AB Mix and POC had no significant effect on the growth and yield of hydroponic-grown shallots.
