RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN CABAI KERITING (Capsicum annuum L.) TERHADAP APLIKASI TRICHOKOMPOS DAN NPK

Abstract


Thisstudyaimstodeterminetheresponseofgrowthandproductionofcurlychili plantstotheapplicationoftrichocompostandNPK.Thisresearchwasconducted inSanroboneVillage,SanroboneDistrict,TakalarRegency,whichbeganin September2020toJanuary2021.Thisresearchwasconductedusingatwo-factor factorialrandomizedblockdesignwiththreereplications.Thefirstfactorwas trichocompostwhichconsistedof4treatmentlevels,namelycontrol,100g/plant Tricocompost,200g/plantTricocompost,300g/plantTricocompost.Thesecond factorwastheapplicationofNPKMutiara(16:16:16)whichconsistedof3levels, namely21.875g/plant,16.4g/plantand10.94g/plant.Parametersobservedwere plantheight,numberoffruitperplant,fruitweightperplant,fruitweightperbed andproductionperhectare.Theresultsshowedthattheapplicationoftrichoderma andcompostandtheinteractionbetweentrichodermaandcompostonchiliplants hadnosignificanteffectonplantheight,fruitnumber,fruitweightperplant,fruit weightperbedandproductionperhectare.TheinteractionofTrichocompostand NPKfertilizerhadasignificanteffectontheamountoffruittreatedwith Trichocompost300g/plantandNPKfertilizer21.875g/plant.Theapplicationof Trchocomposthadnosignificanteffectonallobservedplantparameters,but tendedtogivebetterresultsinthetreatmentofTrichocompost300g/plantand NPKfertilizer21.875g/plantonfruitweightperbed.TheapplicationofNPK fertilizerhadnosignificanteffectonallobservedplantparameters,buttendedto givebetterresultsbyapplyingNPKfertilizerat10.94g/plantwithoutadding Trichocomposttoplantheight.
