STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMODITI UNGGULAN PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN BONE PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) Describing the superior commodities in Bone Regency in each sub-sector. (2) Analyze and recommend superior commodity development strategies in Bone Regency. This research is quantitative research, the results are displayed descriptively based on data obtained from reliable sources then projected to be a solution of a predetermined hypothesis. The research methods used are Location Quatient (LQ), Shift Share (SS), Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SWOT.The results of this study showed that: (1) Bone Regency's agricultural superior commodities are soybean, peanut and rice crops for the subsector of food crops. Nipah, betel nut and siwalan (annual) plants and tobacco plants, cotton (annuals) for the plantation sector. Plants are spinach, kale and long beans (vegetables). Guava, breadfruit and banana (fruit). And turmeric plants (biopharmaceuticals) for horticultural plants. And overall the agricultural sub-sector of Bone County did not experience production growth. (2) The entire agricultural sub-sector of Bone Regency is in quadrant I (Agreasif). So that the overall main strategy for each sub-sector is to utilize the power to seize the greatest opportunities
