ANALISIS STATUS HARA NITROGEN UNTUK TANAMAN PADI SAWAH (Oryza sativa L.) DI KECAMATAN MARE KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract


This study aims to determine the status and mapping of nitrogen nutrients in lowland rice paddies in Mare Sub-district, Bone Regency. The research methods were survey and descriptive quantitative with spatial analysis using geographic information system (GIS). The results showed that the nitrogen (N) content in lowland rice paddy soil varied based on the level criteria. Land units U1, U5, and U8 have medium criteria with N content of 0.36%. Land unit U2 has high criteria with N content of 0.60%, while land units U3, U4, U6, and U7 have very high criteria with N content of 1.20%. Based on these criteria, the urea fertiliser requirement for land units with medium criteria is in the range of 145.65-236.95 kg ha-1
