PENGARUH TRICHODERMA SP. DAN PUPUK DAUN POC TERHADAP PERKECAMBAHAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KAKAO (Theobroma cacao L.)

Abstract


This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Lekopancing Village, Tanralili Subdistrict, Maros Regency. This study aims to determine the best dose of Trichoderma sp. concentration of NASA POC on the growth of cocoa seedlings. This research was conducted in the form of a randomized group design (RAK) experiment with a factorial pattern; 2 factors. The first factor is the application of Trichoderma sp. with 4 levels of different dose treatments namely control, Trichoderma sp. 20 g/plant, Trichoderma sp. 30 g/plant and Trichoderma sp. 40 g/plant and the second factor is NASA POC fertilizer with 4 levels of different concentrations namely no NASA POC, 1.5 ml/L NASA POC, 2.0 ml/L NASA POC and 2.5 ml/L NASA POC. Each treatment consisted of 3 replicates so that 48 experimental units were obtained. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), stem diameter (mm), crown wet weight (g) and root wet weight (g). The results showed that Trichoderma sp. at a dose of 30 grams/plant gave a better effect on plant height, leaf area and root wet weight in cocoa plant seedlings. NASA POC fertilizer at a dose of 2.5 ml/L gave the best effect on plant height, leaf area and root wet weight of cocoa seedlings. There is no interaction between the treatment of Trichoderma sp. and NASA POC fertilizer on the growth of cocoa seedlings.
