KEBERHASILAN PERTUMBUHAN STEK TANAMAN JERUK NIPIS (Citrus aurantiifolia Swingle) MELALUI PEMBERIAN ATONIK DAN EKSTRAK BAWANG MERAH

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to analysis atonic growth regulators with shallot extract and find out the best concentration between administration of atonic growth regulators and shallot. The research was conducted from february to may 2023 at the Green House of Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic (POLBANGTAN). The study was arranged using Randomized Block Design (RBD) methods and repeated 3 times with 5 treatment levels. Such as control, 0.2% atonic (2 ml/L), 2.0% shallot extract (20 ml/L), shallot extract 3.0% (30 ml/L), shallot extract 4.0% (40 ml/L). Data were analyzed statistically by Annova and BNT 0.05%. The  source of the cuttings used from lime plants that growth well at Gowa Agricultural Development Polytechnic (POLBANGTAN). Parameters observed such as the time of shoots appear, percentage of growing cuttings, number of shoots, length of shoots, number of leaves and root length. The results showed that 4.0% (40 ml/L) of shallot extract treatment gave the best results for each observation parameters. Shallot extract gave a very significant effect on the parameters of the number of shoots, number of leaves and root length. While it had a significant effect on the shoot length and had no significant effect on the time of shoots appear and percentage of growing cuttings
